Diginext is proud to announce the release of VirtualGeo 4.0 with features and improvements.
Virtual-Geo has been selected for the development of an advanced Common Operational Picture module by the ZoneSec European Consortium involving major European companies such as Thales, ATOS, or EADS. This project aims to provide a platform for the protection of wide sensitive zones.
The French special forces have adopted VirtualGeo for mission preparation and support. VirtualGeo is used as an intuitive and effective mean to rapidly create, edit, and exploit the 3D digital mock-up of their intervention site. VirtualGeo solves many of their challenges such as the aggregation of multi-source, multi-format massive datasets (GIS, 3D, maps, images, videos), interative visualisation of complex geographic, cartographic, and architectural environments including interior, as well as the integration of state-of-the-art automatic 3D reconstruction features from picture sets and video streams.
